club membership is free in cedar rapids or at very mos$12 a year!! and anyone who qualified for medicaid automatically qualifies for a free cell phone through government programs. this is the kind of smoke and mirrors branstad and the mcos are ppaying. we're sick, not stupid! yet, ranstad doesn't see this as miscommunicat ion. you can not judge a book by it's cover and this is no different. as you open this proposal up and look at it it is a mess! branstad's rush is to avoid iowans being able to have time to open it up and uvderstand it. that is wrong on so many levels.
